For the Claro Cartridge Vaporizer, to rest the puff counter hold down both the + and - buttons for 3 seconds and watch as the numbers reset to “000”. Just give it a second and watch as the screen resets to zero, if it doesn’t work at first try pressing them again.

Lastly, on the Adapt Cartridge Vaporizer, when you want to reset the puff counter hold down both the power button and the - button. When held down together, this will revert your counter back to zero and let you start counting once more.
